Tip #2

It’s always worth it to study the show you’re auditioning for.

We know you’re very familiar with Annie! 😉 Continue to acquaint yourself with the story, characters, music, and script.

Do some research may it be through checking online, watching the movie or video references on Youtube.

Also, your audition will be better if you know what part you want. So to know more about the characters, go to this page: http://vaudevilletheatreco.com/annie/annie-auditions/.

Tip #3

Auditions are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Be there as early as possible so you can settle in and center yourself.

On Saturdays, registration will start at 12:00 NN and cut-off time is at 4:00 PM.

And on Sundays, we will start accepting auditonees at 1:00 PM and we will be closing the registration at 5:00 PM.

Tip #4

Walk into the audition confidently as it truly begins the second you walk in the door.

Just remember the panel wants you to do well as much as you do.

And… NO CHAPERONES ALLOWED inside the audition room.

Tip #5

Manners matter.

Keep the following pointers in mind as you try out for a role:

• Respect the venue. NO MEAT ALLOWED INSIDE GMI.
• Respect the production team.
• Respect your co-auditionees.
• Respect the panel’s decision.

At the end of the day, we all just want everyone to enjoy!

See you! This is just the beginning of your journey. 😉
